Dear Bogey Hills Members, 

We are pleased to present the Member Survey Results which contains a comprehensive analysis of the feedback received from our members that first began in October of 2022 with the focus groups and then on to the survey in January 2023.  This report encompasses the key themes and insights derived from the survey, shedding light on various aspects of our Club's operations and Member satisfaction.


First and foremost, I would like to express our appreciation for the Members' participation in this survey. Although the overall response rate was 35%, the household response rate (percent of households we received a response from) reached an encouraging 50%. Additionally, we observed a satisfactory response rate of 76% from our Golf Members. The survey, which opened on January 11th and closed on February 5th, provided us with valuable feedback and insights to guide our future decisions and improvements.


The survey results highlight several key themes that are of utmost importance to our Membership:


High Overall Member Satisfaction: It is gratifying to note that the survey indicates a high level of satisfaction among our Members. This positive sentiment is a testament to the exceptional experiences and services provided by our dedicated staff.


Satisfactory Golf and Food and Beverage Operations: The survey reveals that our Members hold a high level of satisfaction regarding our golf and food and beverage operations. This positive feedback is a testament to the diligent efforts of our staff in delivering outstanding service and experiences.


Desire for More Social Events: One of the notable themes emerging from the survey is the desire for more social events. Our Members expressed an interest in a diverse range of social activities and gatherings to foster a stronger sense of community and camaraderie within the Club.


Family-Friendly Atmosphere: The survey highlights the importance of cultivating a family-friendly environment, particularly among our younger Members. There is a desire to enhance programs and amenities that cater to the needs and preferences of families, ensuring our Club remains an inviting destination for all age groups.


Improved Enforcement of Club Policies: Members have expressed their desire for better enforcement of Club policies to maintain a consistent and fair experience for all. Addressing this concern will ensure that the rules and regulations are upheld consistently, enhancing the overall experience of our Members.


Capital Improvement Priorities: The survey results clearly indicate that our golf course and clubhouse are the highest priority areas for capital improvement. Recognizing this, we can focus our resources and strategic planning on enhancing these core areas to meet and exceed our Members' expectations.


These survey results will serve as a valuable tool in shaping the future of our Club. The insights gained from the survey will help us form our Strategic Plan and guide our efforts in meeting the evolving needs and preferences of our Membership.
